VOLUNTEERS

Since 2001, the ATAYAL Organization has been a 100% Volunteer organization. Our Volunteer team consists of caring, dedicated, professional people who have given their time, because they are passionate about indigenous cultures and they want to make a difference. The vision of the organization has produced results through the work of our volunteers to support our programs. This allows for 100% of our donations received to go directly to fund our programs and minor operational expenses.

Through the Indigenous Bridges Program, our organization offers unique, fulfilling opportunities and experiences that creates international personal connections, develops character, and expands world views. The goal of all positions is to build and strengthen tribal connections through culture, so communication skills are important. You can choose from three main categories of volunteer positions:

Indigenous Cultural Representatives | Translators | Project Assistants

VOLUNTEERS

The Indigenous Bridges Program supports international exchange programs that bring people together for amazing cultural activities. They are not only memorable for our participants, but these events provide moving experiences and activities for our volunteers as well. Our IB exchange projects need the help of volunteers to help with planning, implementation and follow-up. There are also opportunities for project assistants to join our indigenous participants in exchange activities. Volunteers can choose to support any of our projects below:

If you would like to be part of our volunteer project assistant team, please fill out the form below and enter the type of project(s) you want to volunteer for.
